Cleaning the condensate drain and siphon
- Cleaning interval: Every 2 years
- Fill the siphon up with water after long dry periods.

- Switch off ventilation unit with main switch, disconnect at all poles from the power supply, secure against being accidentally switched back on and position a visible warning sign.
- Tilt front panel forwards at the two top corners (detach from the magnets) and remove upwards.
- Loosen the 4 screws of the inner cover (bayonet lock) and remove it. Note information on sticker.
- Remove deposits from condensate drain area and flush drain pipe.
The siphon must be filled with water so that the ventilation unit does not draw in infiltration air. - Insert inner cover into the bottom housing rail, close it and secure it with 4 screws (bayonet lock).
- Fit front panel in the two lugs and close (magnets).
- Switch on the ventilation unit.
